Our Story

How a Church Festival Turned Into a Business

I came to the U.S. from Vietnam at seventeen, and my family started over with close to nothing. A few years later I was studying Social Work at San Jose State and making drinks on the side, using the recipes I grew up with back home. I liked watching someone's face after the first sip. That was the whole reason I kept going.

Twenty years later I'm still making those same recipes by hand at every event, and I still watch for the face.

Why the Line Keeps Reforming

Twenty years of events has taught me where things go sideways, so I plan around it before I load the bus.

  • Tea steeped and brewed on site, with real leaves and real milk
  • Toppings for everyone, from the boba purist to the kid who wants extra jelly
  • 30,000+ drinks poured across 10+ large-scale events
  • One crew from setup to the last cup, and I'm there for all of it

Meet the Team

Meet the Hands Behind Every Cup

This started with me pouring drinks at my own church festival. There's a crew now, and the rule hasn't changed. Whatever is on the calendar that day gets treated like it's the only event we have.

Good Questions

Everything Hosts Ask Before Booking.

How much does drink catering cost?

Drinks start at $5 each, and your quote is based on guest count and the menu you build. Custom menus, fresh toppings, and sugar and ice adjustments are included — no surprise fees at the event. I usually respond to quote requests within 24 hours.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in San Jose and cater across Santa Clara County and the South Bay — including Santa Clara, Milpitas, Sunnyvale, Campbell, and Morgan Hill. If your event is nearby but not on that list, ask anyway; we travel for the right event.

What's included with the drink bar?

Everything. We bring the full mobile setup, brew tea fresh on site with real leaves and real milk, cook the boba fresh, pour 16–20 oz drinks, and handle our own cleanup. One crew stays from setup to the last cup.

How far in advance should I book?

At least one week for most events. Festival weekends, wedding season, and holidays go first — if your date is fixed, reach out early and we'll lock it in.

Can guests customize their drinks?

Yes — every guest picks their sweetness level (0–100%), ice level, and toppings like boba, jelly, and cream foams. Caffeine-free options such as strawberry milk, guava juice, and iced tamarind are always available for kids.

What kind of events do you cater?

Twenty years of church festivals, weddings, school events, corporate parties, quinceañeras, birthdays, and community celebrations. We've poured 30,000+ drinks at events from backyard parties to festival crowds in the thousands.
